## 1. Agreement

By downloading or using VideoVault ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

## 2. Description of Service

VideoVault provides **local media management and processing tools** on your iPhone or iPad, including:

- Importing videos and audio from your Photo Library or Files  
- Organizing, renaming, and deleting local media  
- Playback and playlists  
- Optional tools such as audio extraction, background music mixing, and volume adjustment  
- Optional file sharing through the iOS share sheet  

The app processes media **on your device**. It is not a cloud storage service.

## 3. Your Content and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

- Ensuring you have the **legal right** to import, use, edit, export, and share any media you add to the app  
- Complying with copyright, licensing, and other applicable laws  
- Any content you create, export, or share using the app  

VideoVault does not provide, host, or distribute third-party media. We do not monitor your local library.

## 4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use VideoVault to:

- Infringe intellectual property or other rights of others  
- Process or distribute unlawful content  
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except as permitted by law

## 5. VideoVault Pro (In-App Purchase)

VideoVault offers an optional **Lifetime Pro** unlock:

- **One-time purchase** — not a subscription  
- Unlocks Pro features described in the app (for example, background playback, media tools, and sharing)  
- Purchases and restores are processed by **Apple** via StoreKit  
- Refund requests must be submitted to Apple according to Apple's refund policies

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of Pro features across all future OS versions, but we intend to maintain the app in good working order.

## 6. No Warranty

VideoVault is provided **"as is"** without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Media processing results may vary depending on source file format and device capabilities.

We are not liable for data loss. **Back up important files** before editing or deleting.

## 7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of data or content.

## 8. Apple Terms

Your use of VideoVault is also subject to Apple's applicable terms, including the App Store Terms of Service and Usage Rules. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.
